GMT Time

In the UK the clocks go back 1 hour today from British Summer Time (BST) to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

The 1 hour I gained by switching to GMT will be lost resetting my clocks :)

British Summer Time is also known as 'Daylight Saving Time'. It always ends on the last Sunday of October. We return to BST on the last Sunday of March.

It's getting dark so early now, every year it seems to take me longer and longer to get used to DST.
